This Privacy Policy explains what personal data CCRM collects, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have. It applies to this website and to the CCRM service for education centers. CCRM is developed and operated by the Urobot team (“we”, “us”).

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation.

1. What data we collect

When you send a request on the website: your name, phone number, the name of your education center, the number of branches, what you are interested in (demo, trial, pricing) and your message. We also record the language of the page you used.

When you use the CCRM service: the details of your organization and employees who have an account (name, phone number, login, role, branch), and a record of actions in the system (for example, who changed a student’s status and when).

Data about students: education centers enter information about their students into CCRM — names, phone numbers, parents’ contacts, placement test results, groups, statuses and notes. See section 6 for how this data is handled.

Technical data: like any website, our servers record your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the request. We use this data only to keep the website secure and working.

2. Why we use it

• to contact you about your request, arrange a demo and connect your center to CCRM;
• to provide the CCRM service, give support and send important notices about your account;
• to protect the website and the service from misuse and to investigate errors;
• to meet our obligations under the law.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending a request on the website; to conclude and perform the service agreement with your education center; and where processing is required by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 10).

4. Who we share data with

• Our team. Requests from the website are delivered to our team’s working chat in Telegram so that we can answer quickly. Only employees who handle requests have access to it.
• Service providers that host our servers and help us run the service. They may use the data only on our instructions.
• State authorities, only when the law requires us to disclose data.

We do not pass your data to anyone else without your consent.

5. How long we keep data and how we protect it

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain our relationship with you. Account and student data is kept while your center uses CCRM. After the agreement ends, you can export your data, and we then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

We protect data with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), role-based access (each employee sees only their own branch), restricted access to servers and regular backups.

6. Student data entered by education centers

For the data that an education center enters about its students, the center is the owner and operator of the data, and we process it on the center’s behalf, only to provide the service. The center is responsible for collecting this data lawfully, including obtaining the consent of students and, for minors, of their parents or guardians. Requests from students about their data should be sent to their education center; we will help the center respond.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data or to delete it;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• file a complaint with the authorized state body or a court if you believe your rights have been violated.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

8. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, for example a security cookie that protects the request form from forged submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but then the request form may not work.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. If the changes are significant, we will notify our customers in advance.
