Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and of CCRM, a CRM service for education centers developed and operated by the Urobot team (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use CCRM.

1. The service

CCRM is a web application that helps education centers manage students, registrations, placement tests, groups, branches and staff in one place. The features available to you depend on your plan. We continuously improve the service and may add, change or remove features, keeping its core purpose.

2. Accounts and access

• We create your organization’s account when your center is connected to CCRM. The administrator of your center then creates accounts for employees and assigns their roles and branches.
• Keep logins and passwords confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken under your organization’s accounts.
• If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to an account, notify us immediately.

3. Free trial, prices and payment

• New customers can try CCRM free of charge for 14 days. At the end of the trial, you can switch to a paid plan or stop using the service.
• Current prices are published on the website in Uzbek so’m. There are no setup fees.
• The service is paid monthly, in advance. If payment is overdue, we may suspend access after notifying you; your data is not deleted during the suspension.
• We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance. New prices apply from the next paid period.

4. Your data

All data that your center enters into CCRM belongs to your center. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export lists and reports to Excel at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for collecting it lawfully, including obtaining the consent of students and, for minors, of their parents or guardians.

5. Acceptable use

When using CCRM, you must not:

• use the service for purposes that violate the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• enter data that you have no right to process;
• try to access other customers’ accounts or data, or interfere with the service;
• copy, decompile or resell the service, or give access to it to third parties, without our written consent.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep CCRM available around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We try to carry out maintenance outside working hours and to announce planned work in advance. Support is available by phone and email on working days.

7. Intellectual property

The CCRM software, design and brand belong to us. For the duration of your subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the internal needs of your education center.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, or for problems caused by your internet connection, your devices or the actions of third parties. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using CCRM at any time; the paid period is not refunded unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously violated. After termination, you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. We will notify customers of significant changes in advance; continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means that you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We will try to settle any dispute through negotiation; if that is not possible, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
